Jessi teaches lessons to all ages and abilities. She teaches out of her home studio in Orem, Utah (near UVU). To help accommodate more students, Jessi has added another teacher to the studio. They currently have limited openings for new students.
Tuition for the 2024–2025 school year is $140/mo. This includes private lessons (45 minutes each), studio recitals, theory instruction, reed classes, etc. Summer session rates are announced in April.
Tuition is paid in equal installments over the course of the nine months of the school year. Tuition installments are due on the first day of each month. Late fees will be charged after the 5th of the month. Bartering arrangements can be discussed after the first six months of lessons.
All students are charged a yearly $50 non-refundable, non-transferable registration and materials fee. This fee covers books, reed making materials for the group classes, legal photocopying, preparation and mailing of letters of recommendation, and other incidental expenses. This fee is due August 1st, or before the first lesson if starting later in the year.
Students are responsible for finding and compensating their own accompanists for recitals and school and region solo/ensemble festivals.
